Eligibility and authorised use
You must be at least 18 years old. You may submit only your own birth information or information you are expressly authorised to use. Do not submit a minor's information.
You may use SAIBO ORACLE only for lawful personal purposes. You may not misuse accounts, payment flows, referral paths, service infrastructure, or another person's information.
Nature of the service
SAIBO ORACLE provides symbolic Birthcode scans and digital report content for entertainment and self-reflection. A free summary can be generated without payment.
The service does not provide medical, financial, investment, legal, employment, psychological, or other professional advice. It does not diagnose a condition, determine a person's identity, or guarantee any future event or outcome.
Paid products
Single-Report Unlock: a USD 2.99 one-time purchase that provides permanent paid-layer access to one specific report.
Matrix Pass: a one-time prepaid purchase that provides account-level access to paid report layers for 30 days at USD 9.99, 90 days at USD 19.99, or 365 days at USD 49.99.
Matrix Pass does not renew automatically. Its cycle begins when payment is confirmed and ends automatically after the purchased duration. Active Passes cannot be stacked or extended.
Visual Oracle downloads, physical products, and other separately priced products are not included unless expressly stated.
Payments and delivery
You can choose card payment processed by Stripe or payment through PayPal. Prices, access, delivery, and refund rules are the same for both providers.
Digital access is normally delivered immediately after payment confirmation. If payment succeeds but access is not delivered, contact support before attempting another payment.
By completing a purchase, you request immediate digital delivery and agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy.
Access, refunds, and payment reversals
Paid access can be removed after a refund, dispute, chargeback, reversal, confirmed fraudulent payment, or material violation involving that access. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.
Temporary outages do not automatically extend a Matrix Pass, but persistent non-delivery can qualify for refund review.
Intellectual property and account responsibility
SAIBO ORACLE software, visual design, branding, and report presentation are owned by or licensed to Globelink Digital Limited. A purchase grants personal access, not ownership or a right to resell, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service.
You are responsible for access to your verified email and devices. Notify support promptly if you believe your account or payment has been used without permission.
Availability and changes
We can maintain, secure, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes to paid access or these terms will be communicated where reasonably required. Existing paid entitlements remain subject to refunds, disputes, reversals, security, and mandatory law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong.
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
