Single-Report Unlock
A full refund is available for a duplicate charge, a payment confirmed without delivery of access, or a persistent technical failure that prevents delivery.
After the paid layers of the report have been successfully unlocked and accessed, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available for the immediately delivered digital content.
Matrix Pass
You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if no paid report has been accessed through the Matrix Pass.
After any paid report has been accessed through the Pass, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available. A full refund remains available for duplicate charges, non-delivery, persistent technical failure, fraud, or other cases required by applicable law.
Matrix Pass is a one-time prepaid purchase. It does not renew automatically and therefore has no future recurring charge to cancel.
How to request a refund
Email support@theauracipher.io with your account email, product, payment provider, payment date, and reason. Do not send full card or wallet credentials.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing and posting time depends on Stripe or PayPal, the issuing bank, and the customer's wallet or card account.
Payment reversals and mandatory rights
A refund, dispute, chargeback, reversal, or confirmed fraudulent payment can remove the corresponding digital access. Nothing in this policy excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction.
