Information we collect
Birthcode inputs: birth year, month, day, hour, location, gender, generated input identifier, and resulting symbolic report content.
Account and content: verified email, Saved Reports, access entitlements, Resonance Credits, sealed intentions, and support messages.
Payments: product, amount, currency, provider identifiers, payment status, refunds, disputes, and timestamps. Card and PayPal credentials are handled by Stripe or PayPal and are not stored by SAIBO ORACLE.
Visits and devices: first-party visitor ID, page and product events, referral path, referrer, IP address, IP hash, browser or device user agent, and timestamps.
Why we use information
We use information to generate and retain stable Birthcode reports, deliver free and paid access, authenticate accounts, process and reconcile payments, provide support, prevent fraud and referral abuse, operate analytics, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Birthcode content is not used to make medical, credit, insurance, employment, or other high-impact decisions about a person.
Service providers and international processing
We use infrastructure, database, email, AI model, fraud-prevention, Stripe, and PayPal service providers to operate the service. Providers receive only the information needed for their function and can process information in jurisdictions outside Hong Kong.
Stripe and PayPal independently process payment credentials under their own privacy notices. SAIBO ORACLE receives transaction and status information needed to deliver access and handle refunds or disputes.
Retention
Account-linked reports and access records are retained while needed to provide the service. Raw IP addresses are retained for no more than 30 days by default and are then deleted or anonymised; IP hashes and aggregated service statistics can be retained for fraud prevention and reliability analysis.
Payment, refund, dispute, fraud, security, and accounting records can be retained for the period required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve the relevant event. Anonymous information that can no longer reasonably be linked to a person can be retained.
Your choices and requests
Email support@theauracipher.io to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-linked personal information. We verify the account email before acting.
Deletion does not require us to remove information that must be retained for payments, fraud, disputes, security, accounting, or other legal obligations. Removing a Saved Report from the account library does not by itself revoke a paid entitlement.

Age and authorised data
SAIBO ORACLE is limited to adults aged 18 or older. Submit only your own birth information or information you are expressly authorised to use. Do not submit a minor's birth information.
